The owner must state what service the animal performs. Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of Twin Pine Casino and Hotel, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Title 111. Guests violating our non-smoking policy will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee. In keeping this standard, all of the rooms in the hotel are smoke free. Twin Pine Casino & Hotel believes in keeping our hotel rooms to the highest standard. Room numbers and floor requests will be noted in your reservation but are not guaranteed. There is a $15.00 a night charge for all rollaway beds. Rollaway beds are available upon request (subject to availability). Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made with the Twin Pine Casino and Hotel front desk and are not guaranteed. If a guest occupies the room past 11am, they will be charged an additional nights rate. Guest must be 21 or over to gamble or be on the casino floor. Those under 21 may enjoy dining in the Manzanita Restaurant and Grapevine Bar and lounge. Guest traveling with minors under the age of 21 are welcome to stay in the Twin Pine Casino & Hotel Rooms.

Reservations for holidays, special events, promotions, or packages are non-refundable. If the guest cancels reservation less than 48 hours prior to reserved arrival date, guest will be charged for one night stay of accommodations.
